Our mission
Arusstel Digital Services has been building and managing websites since 2015, operating under its current name and structure since 2019 (reg. 201903287170). It started with a simple frustration: too many businesses treat their website as a one-time project instead of infrastructure that needs ongoing care.
A hacked WordPress site. A server that falls over under traffic. An AI coding agent making unsupervised changes to production. These are all preventable with the right monitoring and management in place.
We deploy and manage web servers across AWS, Aliyun, DigitalOcean, OVHcloud, and Hetzner, harden and recover WordPress sites (our founder wrote Emergency Response Guide for Hacked WordPress Sites), configure Cloudflare DNS and CDN, and run Shopify storefronts, for clients in Malaysia and internationally.
As AI tools get folded into more business workflows, we've extended that same infrastructure-first mindset into AI safety work: credential scoping, staging isolation, and immutable backups, built directly in response to real incidents of AI agents damaging production systems.
