: Yes. We stage the new environment first, verify it fully, and only then cut DNS across, so visitors never land on a broken or half-migrated site. This applies whether you are moving off shared hosting, between hosts, or onto your own web server.
: For a focused, single-page site, yes: one clear message and one clear action. Send us the copy, logo, and where enquiries should go, and it ships the next business day. Multi-page sites and heavier custom work are scoped separately.
: Backups don't stop an AI agent with over-scoped API credentials from wiping a live database in real time. They only help afterwards, if the backups themselves survived. Safety means scoping those credentials, isolating agents in staging, and configuring immutable, human-in-the-loop backups so a bad automated action can't reach production at all.
: Yes, but as ongoing management rather than a one-off. It lives in Care Plans, either bundled with WordPress or as server-only management.
