If your site is on shared hosting or a managed WordPress host, you already have one, but you just don’t control it. You only need a dedicated or cloud web server if you want better performance, stronger security, full control, or if you’re running something beyond a basic WordPress site (custom apps, higher traffic, etc.).

Every Care Plan is a one-year commitment, billed yearly. Prices are shown per month so you can compare packages, but you pay for the full year upfront when the plan starts, and again at each renewal.
Yes. You can move up to a larger package at any time during the year, and we bill the difference pro-rata for the remaining months. Moving down takes effect at your next yearly renewal.
- Care Plans are ongoing monthly management. Project Work is one-time scoped delivery: a new build, a migration, a landing page, a Cloudflare setup. Many clients do a project first and move onto a plan afterwards.
- No, that's Emergency WordPress Rescue & Recovery, quoted per case. Once it is clean, a Care Plan keeps it that way.
- Managed WordPress: No. We work with the hosting you already have.
- Managed WordPress + Web Server or Managed Web Server: Yes. We deploy and manage a new server for you on one of the supported cloud providers.
AWS, Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun), DigitalOcean, OVHcloud, and Hetzner. We choose the best fit based on your location, traffic, and budget.
Yes. For Managed WordPress + Web Server and Managed Web Server, the monthly cloud server cost is included in the plan price. You pay one fixed fee. Prices start from the amounts shown; larger servers for higher traffic or more demanding sites are available.
Yes. We work with clients in other countries. Support is primarily via WhatsApp and email, and all communication is in English.
